2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line Rumors
2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line Rumors
2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line – Hyundai may introduce an N Line version of the new Tucson 2023 compact SUV. Like other N Line models, it promises extra power and a more aggressive look compared to standard models. These teaser photos show us most of the exterior of the Tucson N Line, and it should arrive a few months later than the basic car, which is likely to go on sale in the U.S. by the end of 2022.
Hyundai takes the wrap from its completely Redesigned 2023 Tucson SUV. Makeover SUV dares to say the lines are the least edgy and grille big gears. The Tucson is the premier vehicle in Hyundai’s lineup, and now we have official confirmation that a sporty N Line version of the new design is in the works.
2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line
Hyundai does not offer any information or insight into the sporty Tucson N Line. It’s just a teaser after all, but two official renderings give us a sense of visual enhancement. We can see the new front fascia dipping lower, with a large bottom grille reflecting the top design.
There are also some small changes in the big corner lights with some sculpting that adds a bit of aggression. Changes in the back are easier to notice with the rear diffuser pronounced in bulk bumpers. Looks like the trapezoidal side exhaust finisher was given an oval makeover as well.
N Line gets a black mirror and some shiny-black exterior trim, and the wheel arches and all the lower body layers are painted to match the body color instead of being black plastic as in normal Tucson.
2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line Specs
The standard 19-inch wheels have a complex pattern and two-tone finishing, and there’s an N Line badge on the front fenders. The rear bumper also has a new design and a pair of visible exhaust tips. Hyundai says the N Line will be available in several unique colors, with teaser shots showing beautiful muted greens.
Hyundai Tucson N-Line Interior
Although no interior photos were released, Hyundai said the N Line will get a unique upholstery that is a combination of fabric and leather, a black headliner, and a leather shifter and steering wheel. Unfortunately, N Line doesn’t get the Tucson’s 10.2-inch touchscreen available, but an 8-inch screen and a 10.2-inch digital measuring cluster are standard.
N Line also comes with many of Tucson’s fantastic features as standards, such as a panoramic sunroof, heated front seats, wireless charging, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a hands-free tailgate.
it’s likely the N Line trim will only be offered with the Tucson’s basic 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which is a shame because the two optional hybrid powertrains are the most powerful and attractive, offering nearly 230 horsepower.
But N Line is equipped with standards with active safety features such as adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, lane guard assistance with lane centers, rear traffic assistance, and ultrasonic rear occupant warnings.
2023 Hyundai Tucson N-Line Exterior
Hyundai said the Tucson N Line is the fifth of seven N and N Line models planned for the next two years in the U.S. Look for more information about the Tucson N Line to get closer to its sale date next summer. And if the rumor mill is right, we can expect to see the Tucson N with nearly 300 horsepower in the next few years as the N brand grows past what has been announced.
As for mechanical changes, it’s still a mystery. A rumor has it that N Line is a hybrid with 230 combined horsepower, but the hybrid actually debuts with the new Tucson. The power is correct, but the rumor also says the Tucson N with a 2.5-liter turbocharged 290 hp engine is coming.
Hyundai Tucson N-Line Engine
Perhaps it could be an N-Line, and while the 100-horsepower bump on top of the naturally envisioned 2.5-liter engine is rather significant, the 290 hp in the SUV doesn’t burn the sidewalk. This will leave room for a more powerful Tucson N if Hyundai eventually goes further down the performance path.
N Line will look a bit different too, and here we can see its larger wheels with an attractive multi-spoke design. The front fascia appears to have a special N Line grille design, and the rear has diffuser-style inserts under the bumper. Hyundai will also offer tighter suspension adjustments and larger brakes along with possible options for summer performance tires.
And we know Hyundai’s not finished yet. That brings us to another part of this teaser, in which the automaker reveals an image of Elantra N and confirms two more N-branded vehicles are coming to the U.S. market.
2023 Tucson N-Line Release Date and Price
Another teaser image shows the N family of a car maker with two SUVs still undercover, and we’re told that the family will eventually expand into seven N or N Line deals through 2023. It’s almost guaranteed one of them is Kona N Line, which already debuted for the European market in early September. We expect 2023 Tucson with a starting price of around $25,000.
